I have always liked the following poem, short story, or whatever you called it. Since it's promos time.. I figured posting this up and let everyone know that we all need a bit of love, care, concern, patience, faith, courage, peace, joy, strength and wisdom. I'm not a christian yeah, but enjoy~ =)

As I was walking down life's highway many years ago, I came upon a sign that read 'Heavens Grocery Store'.


When I got a little closer the doors swung open wide
And when I came to myself, I was standing inside.


I saw a host of angels.


They were standing everywhere


One handed me a basket and said "My child, shop with care."


Everything a human needed was in that grocery store


And what you could not carry you could come back for more


First I got some Patience.


Love was in that same row.


Further down was Understanding,


You need that everywhere you go.


I got a box or two of Wisdom and Faith a bag or two.


And Charity of course


I would need some of that too.


I couldn't miss the Holy Ghost


It was all over the place.


And then some Strength and Courage to help me run this race.


My basket was getting full but I remembered I needed Grace,


And then I chose Salvation for Salvation was for free


I tried to get enough of that to do for you and me.


Then I started to the counter to pay my grocery bill,


For I thought I had everything to do the Masters will.


As I went up the aisle


I saw Prayer and put that in,


For I knew when I stepped outside I would run into sin.


Peace and Joy were plentiful, the last things on the shelf.


Song and Praise were hanging near so I just helped myself.


Then I said to the angel
"Now how much do I owe?"


He smiled and said "Just take them everywhere you go."


Again I asked "Really now, How much do I owe?"


"My child" he said,
"God paid your bill a long long time ago."

Okay, I feel that people are ignoring this site. *sob* poor u.. I shall make an entry here. Hopefully I can do it within 5 mins so that i can study for my phy test tml. heh heh.. See the expert in action! =P ops, I'm crapping. But dun mind me yah? Poor little sick soul here. Been down with sore throat and horrible flu the last two days. argh. call me and i'll show you how bad my voice is now. *cough* sigh.

What have i done the past week? Hmmmmm... Wed i went to sing kbox with andrea and wen and we sang and sang and sang and sang until 2 plus am in the morn!! hee hee hee. =D So fun. I found out that there are so many songs that i actually know and some are totally great too! There's one sang by Gu Xue Liang which starts with 'kong zhi de zhong xing si xiang shi ge ren...' and has 500 words in it. hahaa... ops. dang. its 11... my five mins is over. nah.. i shall con't... hee hee.. den wen came over to my house and stayed overnight and we watched vcds! yay.. rented from lot1 laserflair. quite cheap la. hmm... the next day we both got a 'hangover' (not really but since we slept in the wee hours of the morning plus all the cocktails, mocktails whatever tails we drank last night while singing had some effect on us) and wen decided to stay another night!! den we hopped over to lot1 and rent MORE vcds and watched.. hahahaa. =P

Oh, friday was the band bbq day too. Its soooooooo fun!! Right dar? =) Dar must be hopping mad cos i literally smeared honey on his fave red shirt. =P whoops.. But u poured juice on me first! bleh. hee hee. dar looked so nice in his shirt and sling bag (finally not a backpack. =P) and seeing him sorta knocked me speechless for some time cos its been such a long time since i saw dar and i missed him a lot!!! =<>

Back to present time.. argh. its 10 mins past already. guess i must be going soon. dar seems to be a bit weird today.. Too tired? Din really sms ling.. I wanted to call but scared you are already slping now. Should i call or not? hmm... flip a coin? *hugs jackie* Ping me okie. ^-^ Love ya...

some crap day it has been. math vectors, physics elect field are e only 2 things i've done for the whole day. can't seem to get things right though. have been sitting down at e dining table for 4hrs straight. absorbed only about 1hr of stuff. now having a shoulderache which is rather nagging. sucks. lousy table and chair... bleh.. no use blaming them though. maybe its me. really. i'm a slowwww learner. that sucks too. blearghh. i need a BREAK from work. work is fun and interesting but tedious. sighh. maybe thats what makes life interesting and challenging. oh well.. at least ling's there. well, most of the time that is.. dist btwn AMK & CCK hmm, compared to the earth's radius.. is sorta negligible.. so ling and i are still sorta close apart eh... Hmm... I found out that girls like guys who are TALL, dark, mysterious, secretive, charming, quiet, does not flirts, cute, and OH floppy hair... It is of most importance. right tizz? *winks* hee.. =P and must have a sling bag! makes them look a bit naughty. nan ren bu huai nu ren bu ai!! i like dar with his crumpler-lookalike sling bag. so niceeee... too bad he doesn't bring it to school. Boo. No one's at home now, everyone went off to send my holland relatives off. Speaking of which, how i wish i could follow them. U know.. An extra ticket or so... Doesn't hurt anyone. Hee hee... I didn't want to go to the airport coz its dreadful having to see people go into the departure gate and u r standing outside. duh. =<>
